I’m someone who believes deeply in joy, healing, and the power of starting over—no matter your age or your past. At 41, I still light up like a teenager when I’m front row at a 90s boyband concert, reconnecting with the music and moments that shaped me. Nostalgia is my happy place, but it has also become a meaningful part of my healing journey.

My life hasn’t been simple. I’ve lived through childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, religious trauma, and the devastating loss of my mom—my best friend and guiding light. Her passing was the moment everything changed for me. Grief forced me to grow, to reflect, and to rebuild. It also taught me that strength isn’t about avoiding pain; it’s choosing joy even while carrying it.
Most recently, I walked away from a marriage that no longer aligned with the person I’ve become. Facing life alone was once my greatest fear, but it became my greatest turning point. I picked up my life in New Jersey and moved to Jacksonville, Florida for a fresh start. In the quiet of starting over, I discovered who I truly am.

Today, I’m passionate about sharing my story so others feel less alone in theirs. I believe in conversations that normalize mental health, trauma, resilience, and the messy, beautiful process of healing. I’m a certified life coach building toward a future where I can help people reclaim their sense of joy, identity, and power.
Whether I’m speaking on a podcast, connecting with others online, or showing up as my full self in everyday life, I lead with honesty, resilience, and heart. I’m a nostalgic fangirl, a survivor, and someone who has learned to turn pain into purpose—and I want others to know they can too.
