Do you ever wonder...
When did I stop feeling like myself?
Why do I second-guess every decision I make?
Why am I constantly walking on eggshells or putting everyone else's needs before my own?
Why have I lost confidence in myself and my ability to trust my own instincts?
If this relationship ends, what happens next?
Can I really create a life that makes me happy on my own?
Whether you're questioning a relationship, navigating a breakup, considering divorce, or rebuilding after one, you're not alone.
Many of the women I work with have spent years prioritizing everyone else's happiness while losing touch with their own wants, needs, dreams, and identity. Some are healing from unhealthy relationship dynamics or people-pleasing patterns. Others simply know they're meant for more but don't know where to begin.
What they all have in common is this:
They want to trust themselves again.
They want to feel confident in who they are.
They want to stop letting fear and self-doubt make their decisions.
And they want to create a future that excites them.
That's where I come in.
I help women who feel lost in their relationships—or after them—reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence, and create lives they genuinely love.
Together, we work to:
Quiet the inner critic and challenge limiting beliefs
Build self-confidence and self-trust
Develop healthier boundaries
Rediscover passions, interests, and dreams that may have been buried for years
Create a clear vision for the future
Take meaningful action toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling
This work is deeply personal to me because I've lived it myself.
After experiencing profound grief, the loss of my mom, and the end of my marriage, I found myself rebuilding my life from the ground up. I had to learn to trust myself again, reconnect with who I was outside of my relationships, and create a new vision for my future.
One of the bravest decisions I've ever made was moving from NJ to Jacksonville, FL on my own and starting over.
What I discovered was that being alone and being lonely are not the same thing. In learning to stand on my own, I found a version of myself that was stronger, more confident, and more authentic than I ever imagined.
Today, my mission is simple:
To help women stop merely surviving difficult life transitions and start intentionally creating lives they feel excited to wake up to each day.
Because losing yourself doesn't have to be the end of your story.
Sometimes it's the beginning of finding yourself.
